Michael Merriman is the President and founder of Americor Investment Group, Inc. He has over 40 years of Real Estate Development, Management, Brokerage and Construction experience. Mike has developed and managed thousands of square feet of retail, office, and residential property. He has a broad knowledge of design, development, construction, management, sales, leasing, and business management.

Norden van Horne is the Vice President and Designated Broker at AIG and has been exclusively in commercial real estate for over 40 years. He has a wealth of skills and knowledge in the development process, tenant leasing, sales, negotiation and knows the ins and outs of construction. Norden’s connections are diverse and deep.

Bobby Raines is the Vice President of Real Estate at Americor Investment Group. He has over 10 years of experience in real estate and construction. Bobby is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate.

Anthony Borba is our Construction Project Manager with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Project experience includes; commercial, industrial and institutional projects such as school classroom buildings to residential projects ranging from high end custom homes to governmental HUD housing projects.
